Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Drawbridge Closure for NJTRO Bridge Rehabilitation

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary change to the operating regulations of the NJTRO railroad bridge at Morgan, New Jersey, to allow for the closure of the bridge from January 1, 2007, to March 31, 2007, in support of structural rehabilitation efforts.
