US Coast Guard Temporarily Allows Bridge to Remain Closed for Maintenance

The US Coast Guard has issued a temporary deviation to allow the Route 82 Bridge across the Connecticut River to remain closed for two nights in October 2006 to facilitate scheduled maintenance, following a request from the bridge's owners.
