Incidental Takes of Marine Mammals During Specified Activities; Black Abalone Research Surveys at San Nicolas Island, Ventura County, CA

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a proposed authorization to take small numbers of marine mammals at San Nicolas Island, California, in order to assess black abalone populations. The authorization is related to a research project led by Dr. Glenn VanBlaricom.
