Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act: Appealable Decision to be Issued to Bering Straits Native Corporation

The US government is required to issue a decision approving the conveyance of surface and subsurface estates in certain Alaskan lands to Bering Straits Native Corporation, as per the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. The lands in question are near the village of Mary's Igloo, Alaska.
