EPA Announces Availability of Final List of Water Quality Limited Segments in Arkansas for Public Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available its final decision on identifying water quality limited segments and associated pollutants in Arkansas that must be listed under the Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 303(d). The public is invited to review and comment on the list, which includes 271 water body-pollutant combinations approved by EPA and 5 additional combinations that were previously disapproved.
