FERC to Automate Electronic Filing of FERC Form No. 60 for Centralized Service Companies

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is implementing a new rule to allow for electronic filing of FERC Form No. 60, a report required by the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 2005 (PUHCA 2005), starting from 2007, with the goal of reducing reporting burden and increasing data analysis capability.
