Final Environmental Impact Statement for Orange County Southern Subregion Natural Community Conservation Plan/Habitat Conservation Plan Now Available for Public Review

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made the final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Orange County Southern Subregion Natural Community Conservation Plan/Habitat Conservation Plan available for public review and comment. The plan aims to address potential impacts from urban development and infrastructure projects in the region, including permits for the incidental take of 32 endangered species.
