The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) have released final guidance on the application of Section 6002 of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) to projects funded by the FTA and FHWA.
