FCIC Proposes Permanent Insurance Program for Mustard Crops

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) is proposing to add a new provision to its insurance policy for mustard crops, which will be used in conjunction with the existing Common Crop Insurance Policy Basic Provisions. The proposed rule aims to convert the current pilot program to a permanent program, effective for the 2008 and subsequent crop years.
