EPA Proposes Approval of Nebraska's Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Nebraska's Research, Development and Demonstration (RD&D) permit program and updates to the approved Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Permit (MSWLP) program, following Nebraska's initial application submitted in 2006.
