Hancock Commons, LLC Seeks Incidental Take Permit for Florida Shopping Center Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available an Incidental Take Permit Application and Habitat Conservation Plan for Hancock Commons, LLC's proposed shopping center project in Lake County, Florida, which may impact sand skink habitats.
