FEMA Submits National Flood Insurance Claims Appeals Process for OMB Review

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a request for the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and clear a new information collection process for National Flood Insurance Program policyholders, which aims to establish an appeal process for unsatisfactory claims decisions, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
