EPA to Release Draft Grant Guidelines for State Compliance with Underground Storage Tanks Provision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is developing draft grant guidelines to help states comply with requirements under the Solid Waste Disposal Act, and is seeking public review and comment on the guidelines, which will be available on the EPA website over the next several months.
