Medicare Program; Decisions Affecting Medicare Advantage Plans Deemed by Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations

The Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations has made decisions regarding the deemed status of its accredited Medicare Advantage plans, which took effect on January 1, 2006, and will continue until March 24, 2008.
