University of South Florida Issues Permit for Marine Mammal Research

The University of South Florida has issued a permit to Dr. David Mann, a researcher at the College of Marine Science, to conduct research on certain cetacean species. The permit, File No. 1053-1825, allows Mann to study these marine mammals.
