Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau Extends Comment Period for Tax Classification of Cigars and Cigarettes

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has extended the comment period for Notice No. 65, a proposed rulemaking regarding the tax classification of cigars and cigarettes, by 90 days in response to an industry request, originally set to close on February 25, 2007.
