Daniel Boone National Forest Grants Valid Existing Rights to Sturgeon Mining Company for Coal Haulroad

The US Forest Service has made a decision on a request from Sturgeon Mining Company, Inc. to determine valid existing rights for a coal haulroad within the Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky, allowing the company to obtain a permit to mine and reclaim the coal.
