NMFS Issues Incidental Harassment Authorization for Marine Mammal Take at San Nicolas Island

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has granted an authorization to Dr. Glenn VanBlaricom to incidentally harass marine mammals while assessing black abalone populations at San Nicolas Island in Ventura County, California, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) regulations.
