Department of Commerce to Amend Employee Personnel Files Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Department of Commerce is issuing a notice of intent to amend its employee personnel files, adding records from its Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Program, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, and invites public comment on the proposed changes.
