AHRQ Requests Comment on Proposed Nursing Home Survey on Resident Safety

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection project, 'Pilot Study of Proposed Nursing Home Survey on Resident Safety', which aims to assess resident safety in nursing homes, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
