Castle Airport in Atwater, CA to Establish Class D Airspace

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has approved the establishment of Class D airspace at Castle Airport, Atwater, CA, which will be managed by a new Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) to ensure safe Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs) and Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
