FMCSA Proposes Enhanced New Entrant Safety Assurance Process

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has proposed changes to the New Entrant Safety Assurance Process, aiming to increase the standard of compliance for new entrant safety audits, and would automatically fail the audit if any of 11 essential regulations are not met.
