FMCSA Proposes Regulations for Intermodal Equipment Providers and Motor Carriers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is proposing new regulations requiring intermodal equipment providers to register and maintain inspection records for their intermodal containers, and for motor carriers to report mechanical defects and deficiencies in the equipment they operate.
