EPA Amends Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating its regulations to provide more flexibility for facilities storing oil, including allowing smaller facilities to self-certify their spill prevention plans and exempting certain types of oil storage containers from secondary containment requirements.
