Safety Advisory: Unauthorized Marking of Compressed Gas Cylinders

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has issued a safety advisory after discovering that Consulting and Safety Specialists, Inc. (CSSI) in Louisiana marked and certified high-pressure compressed gas cylinders without proper testing, violating federal regulations.
