National Futures Association Filing Proposed Amendment to AML Program Requirements

The National Futures Association has filed a proposed amendment to its AML program requirements, which will take effect immediately, in response to the Interpretive Notice to Compliance Rule 2-9 regarding FCM and IB AML program requirements.
