Forest Service Issues Interim Directive for Third-Party Facilitated Land Exchanges

The Forest Service is providing additional guidance to its employees on using third-party facilitators in real estate actions, as outlined in the updated Forest Service Handbook 5409.13--Land Acquisition Handbook.
