US Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Endangered Status for North Atlantic and North Pacific Right Whales

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has completed a comprehensive review of right whales in the northern hemisphere and proposes to list the North Atlantic right whale and the North Pacific right whale as endangered species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA)
