DHS Seeks Comments on Proposed Chemical Facility Security Regulations

The Department of Homeland Security is seeking public input on proposed interim final regulations for securing chemical facilities in the US, as well as practical and policy issues related to the development of a chemical facility security program, pursuant to Section 550 of the Homeland Security Appropriations Act of 2007.
