FAA Revises Airworthiness Directive for Bombardier Regional Jets

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is revising an earlier notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) for an airworthiness directive (AD) that affects Bombardier Model CL-600-2B16 (CL-604) and Model CL-600-2B19 (Regional Jet Series 100 & 440) airplanes, requiring updates to the flight manual and installation of circuit breaker identification collars.
