EPA Finalizes List of Fuels Approved Under Clean Air Act, Section 1541(b) of the Energy Policy Act

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a list of fuels approved into all state implementation plans (SIPs) as of September 1, 2004, based on a fuel type approach, in response to public comments on a proposed draft notice and list.
