VA Withdraws Proposed Rule on Rating Disabilities for Multiple Scars

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has withdrawn its proposed rule to amend the Schedule for Rating Disabilities to clarify the evaluation of multiple scars, following public comments and a decision to revise the proposed rule.
