Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Fee Schedule Changes to Recover $663.7 Million in FY 2007 Budget

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing amendments to its licensing, inspection, and annual fees to recover approximately $663.7 million of its FY 2007 budget, in accordance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 and the FY 2007 Energy and Water Development Appropriations Bill.
