Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Comments on Proposed Information Collection

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection to combine two existing forms, DOE/NRC Forms 741 and 740M, which are used to report nuclear material transactions and U.S./IAEA Safeguards Agreement data, and is seeking continued OMB approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
