Final Procedures for Participation in the 2010 Decennial Census Local Update of Census Addresses Program

The US Census Bureau has released final procedures for the 2010 Decennial Census Local Update of Census Addresses (LUCA) program, which aims to improve address information for the 2010 census. The program is open to tribal, state, and local governments, as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, and provides three options for reviewing and annotating census materials.
