GSA Updates Federal Management Regulation to Reflect Recent Executive Order

The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the Federal Management Regulation to update legal citations and incorporate additional policy guidance in line with Executive Order 13327, which was issued on December 13, 2002. This update replaces the existing 41 CFR part 102-84 in its entirety.
