Cancellation of FMR Bulletin 2003-B1: Update on Rural Area Definition
The U.S. government has cancelled FMR Bulletin 2003-B1, which provided guidance on locating federal facilities in rural areas, due to an outdated definition of rural areas, and will instead refer to the revised definition published in 41 CFR 102-83.55 on November 2, 2005.
