US Government Agencies Agree on New Rule for Small Business Subcontract Reporting
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule requiring small business subcontract reports to be submitted electronically through the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) instead of using Standard Form (SF) 294 and SF 295 reports.
