FAR Case 2007-020: Correction of Statutory References Related to the Higher Education Act of 1965

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to correct outdated references to the Higher Education Act of 1965 in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This update ensures compliance with the amended Higher Education Act of 1965, which was revised in 1998.
