U.S. International Trade Commission Rejects Review of Mobile Handset Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review an initial determination that found no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in a case involving mobile telephone handsets, wireless communication devices, and their components.
