U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Semiconductor Chip Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting a motion to amend the complaint and extending the investigation deadline to December 7, 2009, in a case involving certain semiconductor chips with minimized chip package size and products containing the same.
