U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into JDS Uniphase Corporation's Patent Infringement Allegations

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into JDS Uniphase Corporation's claims that certain tunable laser chips, assemblies, and products infringe on U.S. Patent Nos. 6,658,035 and 6,687,278, following a complaint filed on November 7, 2008.
