U.S. Department of State Publishes Final Rule on ITAR Registration Fees

The Department of State has published a final rule in response to public comments, increasing and specifying registration fees for the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and requiring companies to register with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC)
