TUV America, Inc. Expansion of Recognition

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has made its final decision to expand the recognition of TUV America, Inc. as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory under 29 CFR 1910.7, following a notice announcing the expansion.
