Unity Broadcasting Requests Comments on Petition to Upgrade FM Station WGDQ and Reallocate Channel 226C3

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on Unity Broadcasting's proposal to upgrade FM Station WGDQ, currently operating on Channel 226A, to Channel 226C3 and reallocate Channel 226C3 to Sumrall, Mississippi, as the community's second local radio service. The FCC has also reclassified FM Station WUSW, currently operating on Channel 279C, to Channel 279C0 following the licensee's failure to respond to an order to downgrade the station.
