FCC Denies Petition for Channel 266A Allocation to New Harmony, Grants West Salem Allocation

The FCC denies a petition by Linda A. Davidson to allocate Channel 266A to New Harmony, Indiana, for its first local service, while granting a counterproposal by West Salem Broadcasting to allocate the channel to West Salem, Illinois, for its first local service. The allocation for West Salem comes with a site restriction of 9.7 kilometers south of the community.
