FCC Mandates Electronic Filing for International Telecommunications Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has set an effective date for new rules requiring electronic filing for international telecommunications services and other international filings, eliminating the need for paper submissions and mandating the use of the International Bureau Filing System (IBFS).
