Radio Broadcasting Services; Andover and Haverhill, MA

The Audio Division has deleted Channel 223B at Haverhill, Massachusetts, and reallocated it to Andover, Massachusetts, as the community's first local FM service, with modifications to Station WXRV(FM) license to operate on Channel 223B at Andover, in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements.
