Pleading Cycle Established for Petitions for Reconsideration and/or for Clarification of the Prepaid Calling Card Order

The FCC established a 30-day pleading cycle for petitions for reconsideration and/or clarification of the Prepaid Calling Card Order, following the release of a public notice on September 28, 2006, seeking comments on Arizona Dialtone Inc.'s petition for a declaratory ruling and IDT Telecom, Inc.'s petition for clarification or reconsideration of the order.
