Extension of Reply Comment Deadline for Upper 700 MHz Guard Band Licenses

The Federal Communications Commission's Wireless Telecommunications Bureau has extended the deadline for reply comments on the development of operational, technical, and spectrum requirements for public safety communications until November 13, 2006, from the original November 6, 2006, to allow interested parties sufficient time to respond to the proposed rulemaking.
